The Training Programme
This programme is targeted at golfers with playing experiences. This golfer may be of less than a year practicing intensively on the range and been to the golf courses but yet could not produce their golf shots as consistently as it should be. Golfers at this level are looking for a coach with the capability to provide solutions for their swing improvement for all golf shot performances on the golf course.

At Asian Golf Centre we will firstly assist this golfer by examining the swing ability, characteristics and golf shot performances. We will highlight their strength and weakness of their golf swing movement patterns. Next, together with the golfer we will have a reflective discussion on their current golf swing knowledge, skills and attitude. The discussion includes: aerobic ability; performance intensity; bio-mechanic principles; physical and mental skills; and performance requirement. Then, we will highlight to the golfer the enrichment knowledge and skills requirement for their improvement. Finally we will want the golfer to agree on the learning process and outcome.

During the lessons we will teach, explain and demonstrate how to perform a effective golf swing technique within a golfer current athletic ability. Golfer will learn the importance of Neuro-linguistics programming (NLP™) for golf sport science principles and golf psychology knowledge to enrich their golf swing competency and game knowledge. You will be given the patience, passion and comprehension not only to see your real physical potential but fulfilling the perseverance and courage to be a competitive golfer.

We may will be video recording your swing during the swing training lessons at the practice range. This is for us to playback to review and track your golf swing progress for improvement and refinement. You can request to take home your swing learning video.

The Intermediate 10 lessons Golf Swing Technique Enrichment Programme.
PLUS a *optional 4 hours golf game Intensive training lessons.
Coaching:
One-to-one personal and group coaching.
No. of sessions:
5 sessions. Each session is 1.5 hours.
No. of lessons/session:
2 golf lessons per session. Each lesson is 45 minutes. Lessons are by appointment only.
Frequency of golf
session:
Recommended weekly. Participant can do two (2) golf sessions per week. We have flown-in oversea participant who
complete the five (5) golf sessions in 3 consecutive weekdays. Each golf session by appointment only.
Programme duration:
The programme is to be completed within 10 weeks. Participant is required to book lesson in advance.

When lesson is conducted at the sheltered range, participant is required to purchase the practice range golf balls for their
golf swing technique practices. Currently the cost is $3.40 for 40 practice balls by Cash Card.

We will provide F.O.C. practice golf balls for putting and sandbunker lessons only.
Fee for other training
ground usage:


When lesson is conducted at the putting, chipping and sandbunker training grounds, participant is required to pay a
$4.00 per hour fee to the MEGC office for the usage.
